To achieve this VERMOP has linked its cleaning equipment and carts, vacuum cleaners and floor wiping systems by means of a digital module. This can provide precise details in real time about their cleaning activities. The Equipe Digital cleaning cart collects this information, augments it with the routes it takes, and makes it available on a web portal. “In this way, for the first time, planned, theoretical cleaning times can be compared with the actual times”, Salmon explains. This comparison and the long term recording of data enable the real key performance indicators to be displayed.
